We are a small team of certified guides and trained lifeguards. Years of experience enable us to ensure your safety throughout the entire tour. For us, paddling in the rapids, hiking among nature is not just a job, but pure passion. Our goal is to share this passion with you!
What we offer
We offer tours for both beginners and experts. With our knowledge of the area in which we practice, the sport of rafting and through training in outdoor topics, we guarantee safe and unique adventures in the beautiful clear waters of the Val di Lima in the province of Lucca (Tuscany) and new breathtaking hiking trails in Liguria.

The concept of Adrenalima is to offer short breaks filled with adventure, fun, and relaxation, bringing together not only experienced hikers and sports enthusiasts but also groups of friends, colleagues, and families, reconnecting them with nature through exceptional indoor and outdoor activities, all set within a protected and enhanced forest environment.

Where to find us
We are located in a small valley dotted with equally small, scattered villages, surrounded by stunning mountains like Prato Fiorito and nature reserves such as Orrido di Botri, with the Lima stream flowing through it. Its clean, blue waters are a resource that we at Adrenalima are committed to monitoring and protecting, every single meter of the way.
