General conditions of use of the gift voucher
INFORMATION FOR THE BENEFICIARY
The person who receives the gift voucher will be able to use it on the day they prefer, both during the week and on weekends, within the expiration limits.
However, you must book and inform us at least one week before the desired day.
The day you show up at our facility you will have to present the gift voucher.
You will be asked for the name of the person who purchased the gift voucher, the beneficiary’s identification document and then you will be ready for the adventure!
Attention: depending on the period in which the beneficiary wishes to participate, some of the activities may be unavailable, in which case we will update you on any alternatives in response to your booking request.
VOUCHER VALIDITY
The gift voucher can be used within 2 years from the payment date.
DO YOU WANT TO CHOOSE ANOTHER ACTIVITY?
If the recipient chooses a different type of activity from the one selected and shown on the gift voucher, they must inform us at the time of booking—even if the value of the activity shown on the gift voucher is equal to or less than the new activity of interest.
The gift voucher has a value corresponding to the chosen activity, therefore it cannot be used for an activity that has a higher cost but can be used for a more suitable or preferable alternative activity that has the same or lower value.
In the latter case where the value of the gift voucher is lower than the cost of the newly selected activity, the difference cannot be refunded to the default payment method or in any other way.
To find out if the chosen activity can be replaced with another, the beneficiary or the person who purchased the gift voucher must contact us.
Both will be able to choose any other activity, even more expensive, paying the difference in advance using the payment method below.
