what it consists of
The hike consists of walking along a stretch of the Graveglia stream, crossing it, ascending its course either on foot or swimming in the crystal clear pools of water.
In walking, you step over water-smoothed boulders, dive from the highest rocks into crystal-clear pools, and admire the area from a totally natural and fascinating viewpoint.
Depending on the level of difficulty, Crazy or Family, the length of the trail changes, the forested path is replaced with more or less intensity of the water part in the creek.
how it takes place
From the meeting point we will walk in the trail until we reach the creek bed.
At the beginning of the trek, one crosses the creek on foot, first getting wet up to the ankles, then letting the water level rise higher and higher as one ascends.
The first impact with the cold water is truly chilling, but once you reach the first real pool in which you will soak up to your neck to get the water into your wetsuit, you will come up to temperature and from then on, the excursion will be a crescendo of excitement, laughter and fun!
They alternate between swimming, boulders to be passed even on all fours, bottlenecks, rocks surfacing, waterfalls, small rapids and real dives.
The route has little current and no particular difficulty, and is mostly in “calm” water, with no particularly high waterfalls.
This is precisely why it does not require the use of ropes and harnesses.
